Bespoke Travel Planning for Morocco
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the services of Morocco Genie. By booking with Morocco Genie, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Payment:
1.1. To avail of our bespoke travel planning services, a non-refundable advanced payment of $100 per person is required at the time of booking.
1.2. Payments can be made through secure online payment methods provided on the Morocco Genie website.
Travel Planning Services:
2.1. Morocco Genie will provide customized planning and booking services for your Morocco trip based on the preferences and requirements provided by the client.
2.2. We will optimize flight arrangements, plan excursions, and curate unique experiences to make your trip memorable.
2.3. Accommodation options will be tailored to fit your budget, with careful consideration of any specific needs, dietary restrictions, disabilities, or pets.
Itinerary and Trip Plan:
3.1. A PDF version of the custom trip plan will be provided for your convenience.
3.2. The trip plan will include details of accommodations, flights, excursions, dining reservations, and other relevant information.
3.3. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, it is the client’s responsibility to review and confirm the trip plan’s details.
Amendments and Cancellations:
4.1. Amendments to the trip plan can be made within 48 hours of the initial booking, free of charge.
4.2. After 48 hours, amendments may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the changes requested.
4.3. Cancellations made after the booking will not be eligible for a refund of the $100 advance payment.
Liability and Insurance:
5.1. While Morocco Genie will take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, clients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. Morocco Genie will not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, delays, or inconveniences that may occur during the trip.
Client Responsibilities:
6.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
6.2. Any special requests or requirements should be communicated to Morocco Genie during the booking or at least 30 days before the trip.
6.3. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
Privacy Policy:
7.1. Morocco Genie respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of planning and organizing your Morocco trip.
Copyright:
8.1. All content, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, on the Morocco Genie website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8.2. Clients shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without prior written permission from Morocco Genie.
Governing Law:
9.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.
